I requested service from Jamals QT flight nanny service on 3/29/24 to have a BMC pup chaperoned from Sacramento to Denver on 4/10 and paid the $600 to secure the service. Flight nanny texted she was on board but had to be removed from the flight due to the pup whining and making a ruckus. The pup wasnt able to make it to Denver so I contacted Jamal about receiving a refund being that the service of flying the pup from Sacramento to Denver wasnt provided. Jamal stated only half of the funds would be refunded. Service not provided and charged 300 bucks, pretty good scam if you ask me. There is better quality, honest services out there, buyer beware
QT did an awesome job getting our Panda on short notice from an slower airport. They are amazing and would highly recommend!

I used this company to bring my kitty from Tampa to Detroit. The flight nanny was very nice and sent pictures along the way and kept open communication. My only complaint was that it was a standby flight. They do inform you of that ahead of time but I didn’t really understand what that meant. For the price I paid, I feel like my kitten should’ve been on the first flight the nanny told me about. They should’ve booked her a direct flight from Tampa to Detroit . Instead they went from Tampa to Charlotte ( couldn’t get on 3 flights) then they came to Detroit. I was so anxious wondering if my kitten was gonna make it same day or if he was hungry or thirsty.. they ask not to feed them before which is understandable but it ended up being a long day. My advice to pet owners is get a direct flight!! My anxiety was through the roof the whole day.

I had the best experience with Flight Nanny QT Pet Transport. The night before our scheduled flight the flight nanny Antoine let us know that he had been bumped from the flight and offered a few alternative flights..we choose one that would still work with our schedules and got ready to head to Pittsburgh the next day. Here is the truly incredible part..our flight nanny was coming to PA from CA! With a couple of connections in between! He was amazing!! Pick up at the airport went pretty smooth, he even bought a new carrier because our German shepherd pup was a bit bigger. He kept me informed with every connection he had to make to get to Vancouver BC..even when he got there and customs was being less then friendly..he handed it with grace!! Even after flying across the country twice in one day!! That is the kind of person you want with your fur babies!! Thank you for getting Ivan ( now Shadow) to Vancouver BC. You made the impossible very possible!!

This company is an absolute mess. They put in a ton of effort telling you what you want to hear so that you book with them, and once you do, it's impossible to get in touch with them. They pay no attention to details – after paying my deposit, they sent me incorrect flight itineraries (on dates I had just said I wasn't available) three times in a row. Whoever is running this company is doing a horrible job reading the info that is sent to them – the whole experience was unprofessional and disorganized. The icing on the cake was that I specifically said I didn't want my photo (that you're required to send in the group message to confirm delivery) being used in their social media. Unsurprisingly, they posted it anyway. Complete disregard for their customers – I wouldn't trust them with another pet and would recommend booking elsewhere!
Justin was fantastic. He kept me updated with everything and he sent photos of our kitties during the whole process.
My second kitten delivered 12/5/2023 by Trevor. Once again excellent communication and smooth process.Skyy kept me updated all the time via group chat and even sent picture of kitten while waiting at the airport to board. Delivered 3/9/2022. The whole process went smoothly and can highly recommend.
Wendy is who picked up my Pomeranian in Bentonville Arkansas and delivered it to Newark New Jersey. and she did a fantastic job of taking care of him and the communication was awesome ! At first I was getting worried because I wasn’t getting any communication but come to find out she didn’t have my number correct so after that ,things went very smoothly the puppy got there a little later than it should have but that was the airlines fault for breaking down and they had to wait but overall it was a long day for the puppy but not once did he get sick and she fed him and gave him water and took good care of him and he was in perfect condition when he arrived with his new owners when he did fabulous we will definitely be using you again !! Thank you for caring about your customers and checking in constantly! Means a lot! This is the third time I’ve used them and I really like this company! 😁 Picture shows the nanny holding him and then she delivered it to these nice people in Newark! 😁 went well!

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely want to save others the stress that I experienced using this company's service.I had a very difficult time contacting the company with important questions. My flight information was not sent out until the last minute, and then they changed it on me literally three times, including an airport change. The flight numbers that they gave me were not track-able and couldn't be found anywhere online. The flight nanny was very rude and did freaked about having his photo taken in an airline uniform-- this made us feel he was doing something he should not have been. Just very unprofessional.They did delivery my puppy safely in the end, and she seemed well taken care of. For that I am thankful.But I nearly lost the sale of my puppy over this. Not to mention an entire day of unbelievable stress and worry.

I recently had a puppy transported (mid December), and I gave you guys about 2 days notice because the pup was 19 lbs and he would soon be too heavy to fly. You pulled it off seamlessly and I will never forget that. You have awesome prices, timely communication, and magic powers (that beat a snowstorm). Plus, your flight nanny took an overnight across the country, meeting me at 6am, and he was an absolute delight (when I'm sure he was not only exhausted, but this was probably a last minute/inconvenient work trip that was unexpected.)Getting this pup was an uphill battle for us...in almost all areas. I want to highly recommend QT Pet Transport. I needed this service to fly my cat from Atlanta to Denver. The service is excellent. They kept me informed with every step of the way in process. In less than a week from start to finish, I met my cat nanny Nicole at the airport and she handed me the crate with my cat. I would use this service again if I needed to safely transport my pet.

I didn’t go through the whole process unfortunately but would like to leave my experiences here for others’ information.I contacted QT and changed my pickup airport to a further one, per QT's advice (which actually costs me extra $75 for the breeder to drive further). It is because I was hoping to get it scheduled as early as possible, so I’m fine with whichever they say was easier.But on the 10th day, I hadn't heard hear anything. So I tried to find other ways and pick up the puppy myself. I reached out to QT and asked “Could you cancel my order and refund please?” ; their response was "it hasn’t been 14 days yet" “so unfortunately you do not qualify for a refund at this time.”. I asked for their policy, but it was never sent in my email (maybe they forgot to attach). I never received an email of cancellation etc.But 2 min AFTER this communication, I did receive an email “we haven’t forgotten you and we are still working on your delivery”. So it meant the cancellation wasn’t confirmed and I stopped finding other alternative transportation and waited for QT. On the 15th day, I still didn’t hear anything so since it’s past 14th day, I reached out for a refund. QT responded saying that “per my request, they cancelled my delivery on 10th day”. I was... speechelss. Feel free to show any screenshot of the above conversation. I copy-pasted the verbatim conversation.My point was the lack of communication and the service attitude. They claimed that the last email “they are still working on my request” was sent automatically. As a customer, am I supposed to differentiate between automatic and non-automatic emails myself (which has no differences format-wise), and being accused of being unable to do so? After QT told me the 14day policy, I requested an attachment of the policy, is this outrageous for a customer to ask? Was I wrong waiting for it when I was told QT was still working on my delivery?Anyway, maybe it’s not a bad company. But I do hope the communication can be nicer and clearer (I called 3 times and none of them was picked up).(Edit below:Please show the evidence that either the cancellation was confirmed or I said go ahead cancelling it; again, I asked “could you cancel “Plus you never explained the very last email on 10th saying “you are still working on my case” while you’d cancelled itPlus your reply email didn’t have a screen shot of your policy and I followed up to request it, but no response. )

We purchased a puppy located in NC and we live in the Tampa, FL area. I inquired about a pet nanny service to fly with the puppy and bring her to Florida.Upon my internet search, I came across QT Pet Transport. I filled out the form online, requesting a price quote. The Company responded quickly and once I had a confirmed travel date, I made the booking. I heard from our pet nanny Cameron, we got all the information and directions from him. Cameron is a very nice young man, he sent photos and communicated with us through the time of puppy pickup, until he delivered our puppy to us at the Tampa Airport. I was nervous, I had never used this type of service before. It was a great experience and I highly recommend QT Pet Transport.

We used QT to transport our pup from Birmingham to Boston. The entire process was streamlined and easy and done entirely online. Gigi escorted our pup, keeping us fully updated via texts, at every step. We would definitely use QT again!

I was very impressed by how they were quick to respond, very professional, kept us in the loop through group text messages, and that my puppy was delivered to me safely and as promised.
