• The Process

    Typically you give us two dates that work for both client/breeder and the airports you want us to pick up and deliver to. Our flight nanny for pets primarily service major airports. We ask for an initial NONREFUNDABLE $100 deposit to start getting your delivery scheduled. This deposit goes toward your total delivery fee and is not additional. Once the initial deposit has been made, our awesome team of flight nannies is notified, and we schedule your delivery.

    It could take less than 1 day and up to 5 days for your delivery request to be processed and scheduled. Once the flight info is confirmed, we send the booking party the flight information.

    After the flight itinerary has been confirmed with all parties, whoever will be making the payment will secure the delivery date with 2nd and final payment by clicking “Book now” at the top of this website.

    Your scheduled pet nanny will reach out to both parties via group text 2-3 days prior to your scheduled delivery. Delivery details are provided including meet-up times and locations.

    All parties will be updated about any changes and/or flight cancellations throughout the delivery in the group text. All conversations with the flight nanny concerning the pet delivery should be discussed in the group text ONLY.a
