Refund Policy

  • We require a deposit of $100 to process STANDARD Delivery Requests and $200 to process all RUSH deliveries and deliveries with two pets. This Deposit must be paid or the request will not be processed.
  • The Deposit will go towards the balance of the delivery. **The Deposit is non-refundable unless we can not schedule the delivery on the requested dates for standard standby deliveries and within 3 days for rush deliveries.
  • If we provide flight info for your delivery on one of your requested dates and you do not accept, we will try to accommodate your new request. If we cannot you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you choose a standby option and weren’t able to make the intended flight we will gladly get you rescheduled. If we can not get you rescheduled within a 5-day period you will qualify for a refund of your deposit.
  • If you choose to cancel before the 5-day period you forfeit your refund.
  • **If you cancel a delivery at any point after it has been booked you will not be eligible for a refund. **
