We just had our frenchie puppy delivered from LAX to PHL on very short notice and all I can say is we had a 10/10 experience! Our flight nanny Nicole communicated with us throughout the entire travel day and was so kind upon arrival. She got a great video of my daughter’s reaction and made sure we had everything we needed before we parted ways. I would definitely use them again!
Kelly was amazing! She kept me updated on the travel and how our puppy was doing the whole time. She was so friendly as well! I definitely recommend QT Pet Transport!
James was wonderful. He was so nice and I felt immediately comfortable leaving my dog with him. He kept me updated throughout the trip. I also appreciate my last minute plans from JFK to LAX were accommodated. Thank you!
Very quick to set up flights, they were able to set up next day delivery! Communication was great! Rohan provided very detailed instructions and included the breeder and I at each step of the journey. Puppy arrived to me clean, smelling good, and in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again!
We are truly impressed! The 'nanny' Justin kept us posted all the way from Georgia to Boston with pictures and ongoing comments during the trip. When he arrived I am not sure who was wearing the biggest smile! Pleasant, Professional and Purrrfect! We could not have been happier with this incredible service...deserves 10*

I requested service from Jamals QT flight nanny service on 3/29/24 to have a BMC pup chaperoned from Sacramento to Denver on 4/10 and paid the $600 to secure the service. Flight nanny texted she was on board but had to be removed from the flight due to the pup whining and making a ruckus. The pup wasnt able to make it to Denver so I contacted Jamal about receiving a refund being that the service of flying the pup from Sacramento to Denver wasnt provided. Jamal stated only half of the funds would be refunded. Service not provided and charged 600 bucks, pretty good scam if you ask me. There is better quality, honest services out there, buyer beware
